No Congress Fee is charged for the attendance at individual presentations and at the panel discussion (exclusive of Congress documentation, food and drinks during the Congress, evening receptions, rental bike and field trip).

Confirmation of registration:
Your registration will be valid as from payment of the respective fee and will then be confirmed.
 
Conditions of cancellation:
50% of the Congress fee upon cancellation until 31/08/2009.
100% of the Congress fee upon cancellation from 01/09/2009.
