Seven partners are involved in the SPAS project: The company Rieder is responsible for the fabrication of the new noise-protection wall, the filter baskets are produced by the company CBS, the rock wool, which is the filter medium, is provided by Heraklith, the Land of Carinthia, Dept. 7 Economic Law and Infrastructure, is in charge of the planning and design of the trial walls along the state roads, the fine-dust measurements are performed by Graz University of Technology, and the simulations are carried out by Virtual Vehicle Centre VIF.
The Department of Environmental Protection of the City of Klagenfurt is responsible for the overall coordination of the project.
